For me, it first hit me in the middle of my head and then my entire body. It is a great feeling and if you are wanting to relax, I highly recommend. The only down side, you are extremely thirst with this one. Stay hydrated my friends, but have fun. P.S.: It will knock you on your ass. So be prepared to go to sleep soon.
