Dear Valued Customer,
We wanted to provide you with an important update regarding potential delivery delays due to the Canada Post Rotational Strike.
While mail and parcel delivery have resumed in most areas, Canada Post is currently implementing rotating strike actions across different regions. We will slowly transition back to Canada Post, but will still keep UPS as a shipping option. We will begin Canada Post shipping on OCT 14.
At this time, we want to reassure you that:
Our operations remain fully active — all orders and shipments will continue to be processed promptly.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and postal region affected by the rotating actions.
For P.O. Boxes and certain areas that UPS doesn’t reach, we will be shipping with Canada Post.
The shipping methods that will be provided:
Canada Post Express
($30 with orders under $150)
(FREE with orders over $150)
UPS Standard
($30 with orders under $200)
(FREE with orders over $200)
UPS Express
($50 with orders under $200)
($30 with orders over $200)
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting alternate delivery options where available, or contacting our support team to discuss expedited solutions.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers work toward a resolution.
Thank you for your continued trust in us.
Our team is here to assist with any questions or delivery concerns.
