📢 MEMO: Canada Post Strike – Shipping Update
Dear Valued Customers,
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we want to assure you that BXN’s order processing and shipping operations will continue as normal. Our team has implemented contingency measures to ensure that your orders are fulfilled promptly and without delay.
Effective immediately, BXN has suspended the use of Canada Post for all deliveries. To maintain reliable and timely service, all shipments will now be handled exclusively by UPS until further notice.
Please note that because of this change, we will no longer be able to ship to P.O. Boxes during the strike period. We kindly ask customers to provide a physical street address for delivery at checkout to avoid any disruptions.
