Definitely helps with artritis. Overall, it’s a damn good high. Both the head & body high increase as time passes. As the body high intensifies, the head high seems to decrease making a smooth transition. No munchies/hunger, until I asked the niece if she was hungry. Can focus on some things (like writing this for example). Can come up with awesome ideas but couldn’t do anything right now. Just go buy some
